This dialog appears when you click + on the title bar of the Filter panel or click 
beside the Filter On text box in the Filter Control Properties dialog. It allows you to select fields you want. See the dialog.
Select Fields
Specifies the fields of the same type to add into the Filter panel, or to replace the current fields in the filter control.
Apply To
Specifies the components to which the filter will be applied.
OK
Applies the selected field and closes the dialog.
Cancel
Cancels the selection and closes the dialog.
